Some people post sticky notes on their bathroom mirrors to remind themselves of important truths. But after a few days, we usually go blind to those notes. I’ve found that a coffee mug is a great reminder because I tend to consciously choose my morning mug so the message is more powerful.
Be Still God’s Got You
This reminder to pause in the moment instead of reacting out of stress or frustration comes right out of some of the meditations. We often over-react because we feel threatened but in reality Jesus says nothing can “snatch [you] out of my Father’s hand.” (John 10:29).
